I'm writing this to commend Noori, whose transparency and care I truly appreciated. His service extended beyond today; since the beginning of November, he has been attentive in updates about the car's status and direct with numbers. I had to fly in to pick up the car, and when I wasn't able to take time off, he helped ensure it'd be held for me for the weekend. When the car came, he provided me with details about the car in a thorough fashion, making certain that there was no confusion. Doing business with Noori and by extension, Toyota Sunnyvale was straightforward in my experience, exactly what every potential car buyer is looking for in this market. More

They used to be good to get reasonable prices and models not in other dealerships. Recently it seems it became a place of both nightmarish incompetence and refined swindling. They made a mistake to make me not in other dealerships. Recently it seems it became a place of both nightmarish incompetence and refined swindling. They made a mistake to make me come over and wait and wait for something, which could have been done over the phone or in 5 minutes top. Seeing other people being "served" made me realize it was not just unlucky me, but other people being told about how they were told something when buying the day before just to be told now that the dealer was not available and it is definitely not what they were told. Definitely read up more about them before you sign anything here. More

Amir is absolutely amazing ! !! He got me a RAV4 hybrid in the exact trim and color I want in 2 months while all the other dealerships told me to wait 6 months minimum. And Toyota !!
