I had an appointment for 3pm. I waited about 10 minutes by my car to be helped. Usually it takes a minute or two, but I guess they were very busy. The price was quite high, so I chose to take care of it myself. While it is not recommended to repair a tire with a plug when the hole is as close to the edge of the tire as mine was, I have had it plugged, and the tire is holding air fine so far. I want to explain that Mr. Ramos was very friendly and gave me excellent service. The delay was probably a result of not having enough people at the time. I will continue using Toyota Sunnyvale to service my Prius. More

One time when he was not available as he was helping another customer, he still made sure me and my friend got another person (Ben) to answer our questions and provide us with the Quotes. After visiting couple other dealerships who were willing to offer the same price - I still wanted to buy the car only from Sunnyvale toyota because I felt very comfortable and I know I can always go back to them in case it is necessary any time in the future. But when you go in, most of the service reps are good. My two biggest problems are that they don't take responsibility for (1) the bad paint quality on the Prius and (2) getting the correct address for recall notifications. More

Diana, the Direct Sales Director, was very straightforward and upfront with the best price that she could offer. She had a good attitude, and didn't try to sell us on a car we didn't want, or on features we didn't need. She even lent us her office when we needed quite a bit of time to privately talk about the prices, and it didn't seem to bug her that we took so long to decide. To help make the deal a little sweeter, she was able to include wheel locks and extra floor mats at no extra charge, which was just enough to make us feel better about the price. We received a little pressure in the Finance department when we didn't take their recommended programs, but the overall experience wasn't as painful as it was at other dealerships, and I even drove away smiling.
