But i gave my cell number. Very next day he called me at 9 AM and said i have a car for you. I liked the car and close the deal in 40 minutes. He understands customer requirement very easily and show you the cars as per you choice only. He explained each and every feature of the car and finance option. He always greeted me well even if i kept him waiting for 10 - 15 minutes couple of times. I also find Ben very helpful. He has done paper (Accounting) work for my car. Overall Toyota Sunnyvale staff is good they will not waste you time and try to show you required car in short time and finish paper work very quickly. More

Stan explains everything in a clear and illustrative manner, so I know how to operate the vehicle and never forget what he taught me. I count on him for the best value I could hope for and he makes sure that I have the protection I need to cover that investment. He handles the sale from beginning to end so the continuity and trust is there throughout the transaction. The transaction is smooth and streamlined and relaxed. The trade-in price was fair according to KBB, the new car price was fantastic. My wife and I didn't have a single moment of being pushed to make any decision. Absolute friendly... Celine is very polite, gentle and passionate. There came to a point that we didn't want her to be in the most extremely difficult situation in the negotiation because we so like her and she had done what she could and it's fair. For example: on April 22, 2013 I had brought my car over there to replace the front bakes, and the next day I Toyota Sunnyvale is our favorite place. Paul Matsui is very good assistant service manager; he put the new wheel cover back for me without charge. His service makes Toyota customers feel happy. I dealt with Brian Nguyen in the Sales Department and he was very helpful in making the decision to go with Scion brand. He helped with choosing accessories and just made the entire experience of visiting was very helpful in making the decision to go with Scion brand. I was frustrated when I walked in to the Toyota Sunnyvale as I have been to 4 others the week before. Reisa Grimaldo was fantabulous, courteous, understanding, and willing to work with us. Walked into this Toyota Dealership last week after having a less-than-good experience with the Toyota of San Jose Dealership (salesperson was horribly pushy and deceptive). Sherwyn at the Toyota Sunnyvale bl a less-than-good experience with the Toyota of San Jose Dealership (salesperson was horribly pushy and deceptive). Sherwyn at the Toyota Sunnyvale blew me away - did a FANTASTIC job of explaining the features of the Toyota Prius C I was test-driving and making me comfortable with my first car purchase. He was also very up-front and honest about pricing and promotions. If you're a woman who's slightly terrified of dealerships/car salesmen like me, have no fear with Sherwyn. Very honest, respectable, humble and knowledgeable guy. The only negative I would say was that their business/manager/finance side wasn't as great: we had to go through several form print-outs because they kept mistyping my address or my phone number, etc. on the forms even though I'd corrected the original form from Sherwyn downstairs. Not a major issue, but a slight annoyance. **It was also...interesting...that the forms all said I was buying a "Toyota Pruis" rather than a "Toyota Prius". I pointed that out to Brian (business/finance) gentleman handling my paperwork before I started signing paperwork, but he wasn't able to fix that for some reason. What kind of Toyota Dealership (especially one in CA no less!) isn't able to spell their car model correctly in the system?? More
