When I left I was pleased and felt that the dealership did right by me...I don't mind a dealership making money, I just want to be content with the transaction when I leave. No pressure from this guy and for those of you who want that kind of experience he is the man for you. Ken Costa, in the fiance office, was also very pleasant to deal with. He is the kind of guy that you feel just injected you with a lethal dose of poison, but you just don't care , everybody is smiling:) He is very good at his job and was able to put me in a place I could work with. I just bought a new 2013 Corolla from this dealership. I got an outstanding service from the sales Directer "Diana K." & the fleet Manager "Delon O". They're so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. It was a pleasant experience working with Toyota Sunnyvale. There were no high pressure buying tactics employed by the Sales guys. I was offered a competitive price upfront so there was no need for any haggling. The Sales manager Victor Kamara was really good and knowledgeable about the Camry I was planning to buy. He very helpful and explained clearly any doubts that I had. The Finance guy Phil Benavidez was extremely professional and polite. He completed the financing very promptly and answered any questions I asked. I would recommend this dealership for anyone thinking of buying a new Toyota. Thanks Robert More
I was interested in finding a good condition, recent year Nissan Xterra 4x4. I noticed an ad that Toyota Sunnyvale had posted a 2010 Xterra online. The ad was very descriptive, and there were plenty of exterior and interior photos. I called the number and reached CJ, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I expressed an interest in taking it for a test drive, and so I set up a time to meet with him a few days later. My wife and I showed up on what appeared to be a busy Saturday afternoon. However, CJ met up with us immediately and prepared the Xterra for our test drive. The test went great, and CJ answered all of our questions clearly and honestly. We liked the car, and so we sat down to talk next steps. CJ was very helpful, and showed us some comparisons on the KBB to demonstrate how competitive their pricing was. We still weren't entirely convinced that this was the right choice for us, so CJ included Miguel in the conversation to discuss the options. Miguel, I learned, is the New Car Sales Director. It's cool that he could break away from his work and help CJ with a used car sale. Miguel was very straightforward and helped us work the deal into our budget. We got the paperwork started, which was surprisingly painless and easy. Big props to Ken Costa, their Financial Services Manager, who really seems to know his stuff. Smart guy, and very professional. I think I was there a little over 3 hours, but that's to be expected at any dealership. These types of purchases take time and you've got to have your patience hat on. This was a satisfying experience, and definitely recommend starting at Toyota Sunnyvale if you're in the market for a vehicle. More

Overall, the experience was hassle free and pleasant. I brought my 2008 Tacoma in for service and was extremely happy with the service I got. My service rep was Omar Ruiz. He told me exactly what was getting done to my vehicle at 75,000 miles.
