Long story short, when I arrived with my two small kids and was greeted by John, I right away got a feeling of comfort that he was going to do whatever it takes to make us happy, in which he did. It was a good experience buying with Toyota Sunnyvale. Brian was excellent in his follow up and got the deal done. 3) The finance team was also helpful in getting it financed and delivered right away 4) Ali Amanzay was the Sales manager that day when I purchased the car and was quite helpful and ready to stay late to get my Sale done The "Not so good" points are: 1) They have an Insurance association with CoveragePlus insurance(Covplus insurance) who overcharge and get you into some unknown company insurance(in my case it was SCJ) which is costly as well. I was pulled into that insurance unnecessarily and lost $200 as brokerage for the insurance and switched over to Geico in 20 days for much much better coverage for a lesser cost indeed. But since the brokerage was taken along with the 1st month premium I lost the entire $200 and even after repeated follow ups was denied by the brokerage firm. Ideally I lost the value saved from the car purchase in Toyota sunnyvale with that insurance brokerage. But seeing Toyota Sunnyvale alone, I can recommend this dealership for your next used car purchase. Brian Nguyen is very helpful and agile to help you with all your questions. More
