Walked by and saw a pristine used Scion FR-S. Kalani Hernandez approached me and answered questions I had. We took it for a ride. Back at the dealer Kalani was very helpful and gave me a quote. I liked the quote but I wasn't ready to buy it and he wasn't pushy at all. This was very different from the experience I had at another dealer. Great job Kalani! I came back a couple of days later but went to the "New Cars" side to see what I would miss out on if I bought a used one. Marius Coroiu was very helpful in answering the questions I had. In the end I decided to go with the used one and Marius drove me over to the "Used Cars" side and started the paperwork. Bart DiCairano was my financial manager and was quick and good. He offered a couple of insurances I wasn't interested in and wasn't pushy when I declined. The documents for said insurances aren't designed to be very informative. It's a long list of items covered but nothing about what isn't. This is Toyota's fault I guess. On the day I was going to pick up the car Marius C offered to pick me up where I returned my rental. Very nice service! He then took me to finalize my payment with Eric Brillhart. Eric was efficient and friendly. While we were waiting to have my car detailed Marius C took me to lunch, is that good service or what? A few days after I picked up the car I noticed it didn't come with a front license plate and I went back to the dealer. Marius and Kalani is going to help me get that issue sorted out. Thanks guys! When the license plate issue gets sorted It will be an all 5:s review. Update: Got a plate mount from dealer and two brand new plates in the mail at no cost. Excellent! More

He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me the prices, and email me detail information on cars that I were looking at. So I decided this is the dealer where I want to buy our family a new car. When we got to the shop, we met with Dan and we told him about our budget. We thought we can only afford to buy a 2013 Prius two, but after Dan's thorough explaination, we found that we can bring a 2014 Prius 3 home with just a little bid more. We love our new Toyota, and thank you Dan again for all his help. More
