Nikki G I did not buy a car, but a few months ago I came in and looked for a Prius V. He gave me so much information that I almost bought the car there. We sorted out all of the numbers and I had to go pick up my car from service at another Toyota dealership to trade in. It was the last day of the month and the incentives he told me about were supposedly ending a week from that day. He worked with me until about 7pm and he was supposed to be off at 6. As I went to pick up my car, (which I was going to trade in) I got a phone call saying that the incentives were in fact ending THAT Night. He then offered to stay behind and wait for my return so that we could return and take advantage of the incentives. At that point my family and I were in the middle of dinner, and didn't think that we're going to make in before close. I told him to spend the night with his family and that we would return in hopes of the incentive still being there. We could not take the chance, so we bought it from the nearest dealership here in redwood city. Long story short, he invested a large amount of time in my family and I, and also went the extra mile to make sure we did not miss the sale. Lucky for us we made it in time and the incentive did in fact end the very next day. We will definitely be returning for our next Toyota! More
hector cisneros was very thorough. He checked my records and explained what was needed, what was relevant in my contract. All employees have been very friendly. Hector did warn me though so I had advance notice of the waiting time. sook mcintyre More

Joe Pascali is xxxxxxxxxx! As a person who has worked for a handful of dealerships in the past, I have seen the ins and outs of all the sales and service malarkey. As soon as we stepped on on the lot, even t a handful of dealerships in the past, I have seen the ins and outs of all the sales and service malarkey. As soon as we stepped on on the lot, even though they were closing and most of the lights were off, we were greeted instantly and politely. As always anyone just defaults to defense mode when a salesmen approaches, even though we didnt get that slime-ball feeling. We saw a badass toyota pre-runner and even though i have dreamed of a lifted toyota truck since i was a child, we had a compact SUV in mind. It was fast realized that the used Rav-4s were a little out of our price range so we were headed back to the car when Joe Pascali popped out from between a pair of highlanders as if he were a sales ninja... as it turned out, that is exactly what he was! We informed him that we loved the pre-runner but were in the market for a compact SUV and that we didnt see anything friendly to our budget. Joe is the new kid on the block, only being in sales for a fist full of months and he had an amazing approach in his attitude, just a friendly "if we have something that works FOR you, let me make it happen." The best part of Joe to me was that wether he made a sale or not, he was happy to meet the customers that came through and learn about their lives. Just a genuine nice dude that you want to invite over for dinner! Joe had said his good buys and apologized that we hadnt seen something we liked when he decided to offer us a tour of the cars around back in service waiting to be logged and inspected to go out on the lot for sale. I have NO idea if Joe bent the rules a little bit to take us back there but it will be our little secret. As i had mentioned, most of the lights were off, and when we got to the rear service lot, ALL of the lights were off. So there we were, tip toeing through the darkness trying to see the cars by cell phone light, just cracking up having a good time with Joe. Then we saw it, a 2006 Hyundai Tucson just screaming our name so we decided to have our Bad xxx sales Ninja check with the sales desk to get a price quote if it was even possible to be interested in this car. 10 minutes later we were waiting to see if Miguel, the sales manager, was interested in our car as a trade in towards the Tucson. The sale was hinging on the price of our trade in being that we did not want finance it. That is when the most unbelievable thing happened. Something so impossible to experience at a dealership. We were offered 3x what we expected as a trade in value!!! I will give you a minute to recover, lol. That is when we got to meet the most entertaining finance manager possible! Mr. Ken Costa, old uncle hop-along himself! The man made me feel like family and that is HARD to do. Since we paid out of pocket for the car Ken was amazing to help us pick an awesome warranty for the car. We went home so impressed and relaxed we didnt feel like we had just bought a car. Everyone was so amazing and pleasant that we were unhappy we didnt get to spend more time with them. AND I could not get that pre-runner out of my head... So we went back the next day and bought the pre-runner too! That is where uncle Ken went to work. He refused to accept the loan offers we were getting right away so he sent us home and went to work calling a few aces in the hole. We went back the next day to find out he found us an APR% that was almost half of the original loan offer. We were shocked and over joyed. Ken, Miguel, Joe and everyone else at Toyota Sunnyvale refuse to fail. Not the sale, they refuse to fail the customer! I have owed almost 30 cars in my lifetime and this will always remain the best experience I have ever had. Toyota Sunnyvale has a customer for life. More
I visited the dealership to buy prius or corolla with my wife last Sun. We had not decided details at all, but he generously explained pros and cons of the cars, and recommended the best model and options wife last Sun.
