Sunnyvale Toyota Review Everything was great. The only thing I would point out is the detail job (windshield was smeared and center console had kick marks in the rear) but it Everything was great. Great Service One day my mom and I just spontaneously started looking for cars at dealerships and happened to stop by at the Toyota dealership in Sunnyvale. I moved recently from Australia here to bay area and was looking to ge Toyota has to be proud of this dealership, very glad I got my car from them. I moved recently from Australia here to bay area and was looking to get my car soon, approached two Toyota dealership close to my area of residency and unfortunately with all the document I had and the good salary I get, they just saw it as an opportunity to earn more and both offered me ridiculous rates after wasting my times for hours. I spoke to Diana Munoz from Toyota Sunnyvale over the phone, explained her situation since didn't want another waste of time. She was so friendly over the phone and after reviewing my situation she offered me a rate over the phone which was quite acceptable considering I was quite new to the Country. I met her the same day and the deal was what she told me over the phone, I was waiting for her to find something in the documentation and increase the rate but no, all good we signed and I drove the car home. That was an excellent experience there, very professional and friendly. Thanks Diana. More
