The complete process was so fast and quick that I have done all my word within 2-3 hours, they made it pretty quick . Bought new Prius Salesman was very helpful, friendly. He did not put any pressure on us to buy. He was very patient with us as we changed our minds a couple of times Salesman was very helpful, friendly. He did not put any pressure on us to buy. He was very patient with us as we changed our minds a couple of times and then eventually settled on a car. The final price we felt was reasonable, although we have friends who paid less. He had a little trouble adjusting the brightness on the GPS, which to me indicates a little lack of product knowledge, but no biggie. We figured it out on our own. The amount offered for our trade-in I though was low so we kept it. Overall, a good experience. More

Best dealer experience imaginable Having never had a dealer experience before left me fearing the worst. I've heard horror stories about going to dealerships in general. Everyone I dealt with made me not only comfortable about the entire situation, but were more than happy and patient to help cover any questions I had during the entire process. I think what sold me the most was the level of friendliness they convey. You can tell when people just want to make a sale and get you out of their door for the next customer. That wasn't the case here. They actually made the effort to go from top to bottom on everything and treat me like an actual person instead of just a checkbook. If I could, I would rate this much higher than five stars, across the board. More
