no fuss I went to the dealer knowing about what I wanted and they had a couple cars to choose from on the spot. Our sales guy answered all out questions, even a week later when I returned with a question after reading the owner's manual. He showed me how to use the bluetooth and was very polite. No big sales push to buy more than I wanted, no pressure. But they had what I wanted for a good price so we bought it. He was perfectly fine that my friend wanted to return to another Toyota dealer to look at a truck since they didn't have any to show us. He offered to help if we didn't get what we wanted. Again, no fuss. More

He was very eager to sell the car to a point that was helpful, and not pressuring. He told me about the Labor Day Sales event and how I could save at least $1,000 if I bought before a certain date which really influenced my decision to buy (in a great way). By far the best experience I've had with a car salesman. Roy was probably the friendliest person at the dealership that I met (everyone was friendly -- Roy just exceeded all expectations). He is a great guy and ran through all of the numbers and financing so that I, a commoner, understood it. He also let me know about a recent college graduate discount once I told him I was a recent college graduate. With that discount applied, it was a no-brainer to buy. He made things simple and clear and made the process of buying a car great. I honestly have to say that the process of getting this car was actually pleasant and not awful as I expected. If I had to buy any other car, I would come back to Toyota Sunnyvale first and request that I speak with Brian or Ratha, and work with Roy (and would recommend others to do the same). Awesome job guys -- loving the new Camry. More
