What a surprise! Delon, our sales person, was unlike any other we met in the past -- impeccably professional, courteous, knowledgeable, also natural and friendly and fully focused on making sure that addressing our needs, questions, and worries was his highest priority. Delon made our car buying process an unexpected pleasure in all aspects. We did not interact much with other personnel, but if others there share the same values as Delon, it is truly an exceptional dealership. We also liked the well-organized processes at Toyota Sunnyvale (like the "10-point value guarantee") and the overall ambiance. What a comfortable car buying experience. We drove out in 2015 Toyota Sienna which we like a lot! More

Great sales person- unfriendly finance manager I went there a few weeks ago looking for a Scion. Left unhappy because of poor customer service and being bounced around different sales people. Went back last week and found a very friendly and helpful sales person, Kalani Hernandez. He genuinely cares about customers and made the purchasing experience easy and quick. Came back later to pick up the car and dealt with an unfriendly finance manager. No people skills. I praise Kalani for his professionalism but rate the overall dealership experience as just OK. More

I would advice though that you tell your employee to keep arguments private and not to go off on another co-worker infront of every body especially with costumers. There was this one old lady that argued that she have already sold the car that was being given to me when we have already sign and brian have even have got the car clean and gas up. Only reason we took longer was the problem with my insurance. More
