We were introduced to a Certified Sales Consultant named Ahmad Hatameih. It took him no time to understand our need and was extremely efficient and professional in addressing them. No games, no gimmicks, no BS. In less than 15 minutes, he found our car and gave us his REAL price upfront. DONE! As we were about to write up the deal, a customer came in to see him on an appointment. Promptly and professionally, he handed us over to 'Papas' - John Papadopoulos. Papas took over and continued the excellence in customer care from that point through delivery of the vehicle. I have purchased many cars in my time (this was a second car for my son) but no delivery matched what Papas and the TOYOTA SUNNYVALE crew did today. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I give them a 14. Great salespeople, great dealership. More

Purchase of a used vehicle Our sales person was Diana Munoz and she was very nice helpful and tried her best to answer our questions. The sale was pretty simple as this was the Our sales person was Diana Munoz and she was very nice helpful and tried her best to answer our questions. The sale was pretty simple as this was the vehicle we wanted and there aren't many to be found in the used market. I was a tad bit disappointed in some of the feedback that I got from Diana in regards to my questions, as I had done my homework and knew that the vehicle had these specific features. Diana truly did try to figure out the answers. However, once we got the vehicle home my son was able to show me how to do all of the things that I had asked about. So my best advice for the entire sales team is to please learn your inventory. I realize that I didn't buy I a Toyota product, but you should all take some time to learn the basic functions/features of all of your used products. I am happy with my purchase, but did leave the dealership a bit deflated. But I do have to reiterate that Diana was bright, helpful and absolutely non-pushy when it came to the sale of our vehicle. And our finance person, Bart, was also easy to talk to and non-pushy. Overall, the purchase experience went very smoothly and items that I wanted fixed got fixed while we were still inside doing paperwork. More
