Refreshing car buying experience with nice guy John Ewell! John Ewell at Toyota Sunnyvale was a fantastic salesperson! We did a lot of internet searching for a specific car and came across one at this dealers John Ewell at Toyota Sunnyvale was a fantastic salesperson! We did a lot of internet searching for a specific car and came across one at this dealership - my husband inquired about the vehicle via email and John was quick to respond. A day later we decided to drive to the dealership to test drive the car and John met us when we arrived. There's no other way to put it other than he was just an all around nice person. He answered our questions and was so helpful without being pushy. We had been to some dealerships where the salespeople were snotty and rude so it was so refreshing to meet John. The test drive went great and John gave my husband and I a chance to discuss the vehicle. We decided to go in and talk about our trade in and pricing and the whole time I felt so comfortable with the deal we were working out. Everyone at Toyota Sunnyvale treated us with respect and we were able to come to an agreement on the car relatively quickly. John made sure my husband had a bag to clean out all the personal items in our trade in vehicle and showed me over to finance. Fernando in finance was so kind and awesome to work with as well. While I signed papers John had our car detailed (on a Sunday night at past 7:30pm) - such great service!! When I was done signing John had the car all clean and ready for us out front - we parted ways with a hug even and I know that when I am in the market for a new car again i will most definitely call John! I can HONESTLY say that THIS was the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! I told him how much I could spend and lo and behold the sale happened. No pressure, no overselling and I felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend. After a no haggle sale I went to the finance man, Cisco Salvada. Again, no haggle no oversell. Nothing but honesty and respect. I will be a life long customer at Sunnyvale. Brian Nguyen Brian was nice and polite but the deal was so rushed so I don't have much choice for my car color. Also, the car that I bought is brand new but after 3 weeks my right head light burnt, I had to bring back to the dealer for light bulb replacement. I hope this is only problem for my ($40K+) car, else I would really regret for buying this car. Other than that, every thing else is nice and acceptable, that is the reason why I came back for this dealer (my first car I bought here was 2010 Camry LE). More
