Terrible customer service My husband and I were interested in the 2015 Highlander. We visited the dealership and met with Cindy who provided us with information on the vehicle. My husband and I were interested in the 2015 Highlander. We visited the dealership and met with Cindy who provided us with information on the vehicle. Later, we sent an email to her requesting a quote for the specifications we were interested in. We didn't hear from her and contacted her again. She stated that she had sent the information previously, had we not received it? She included the price she could offer but didn't provide a full quote.I wrote her back and said I had checked the Junk Mail and did not find it, could she send the quote again. Then she sent me an email in all caps: "IT IS ALREADY IN THE EMAIL!! PLEASE READ IT!!" As a customer, I have never been treated so rudely, particularly over something like this which is most likely a miscommunication. We will refrain from ever dealing with the Sales Department and Cindy at Sunnyvale Toyota. More

Amazing experience Today I went to Toyota Sunnyvale to look at used cars. When I got their I was kindly greeted by Logan. None of my time was wasted Logan asked me a few questions to find out what I was looking for and found me the perfect car. Thought the whole time i was dealing with him he was very knowledgeable and upfront with me.
