Terrible customer service My husband and I were interested in the 2015 Highlander. We visited the dealership and met with Cindy who provided us with information on the vehicle. My husband and I were interested in the 2015 Highlander. We visited the dealership and met with Cindy who provided us with information on the vehicle. Later, we sent an email to her requesting a quote for the specifications we were interested in. We didn't hear from her and contacted her again. She stated that she had sent the information previously, had we not received it? She included the price she could offer but didn't provide a full quote.I wrote her back and said I had checked the Junk Mail and did not find it, could she send the quote again. Then she sent me an email in all caps: "IT IS ALREADY IN THE EMAIL!! PLEASE READ IT!!" As a customer, I have never been treated so rudely, particularly over something like this which is most likely a miscommunication. We will refrain from ever dealing with the Sales Department and Cindy at Sunnyvale Toyota. More

We were introduced to a Certified Sales Consultant named Ahmad Hatameih. It took him no time to understand our need and was extremely efficient and professional in addressing them. No games, no gimmicks, no BS. In less than 15 minutes, he found our car and gave us his REAL price upfront. DONE! As we were about to write up the deal, a customer came in to see him on an appointment. Promptly and professionally, he handed us over to 'Papas' - John Papadopoulos. Papas took over and continued the excellence in customer care from that point through delivery of the vehicle. I have purchased many cars in my time (this was a second car for my son) but no delivery matched what Papas and the TOYOTA SUNNYVALE crew did today.
