Fabulous experience! Jory was fabulous! I came in knowing which car I was planning on looking at, 2010 Toyota Prius II, and he was nothing but helpful. We got there around Jory was fabulous! Jory Cuen - Toyota Sunnyvale - Great Experience My Rav4 was recently totaled in an accident, and since the vehicle wasn't fully paid for, my insurance reimbursement was not going to be enough to pur My Rav4 was recently totaled in an accident, and since the vehicle wasn't fully paid for, my insurance reimbursement was not going to be enough to purchase a new vehicle, I didn't have the insurance check yet, but knew how much I had to spend, and I didn't want to take out another loan, when I was only 3 payments short of paying off the Rav4. I had been looking for other 2012 Rav4s in the San Francisco Bay Area, but couldn't take the time to visit that many dealerships or individuals. Luckily, I met Jory Cuen at Toyota of Sunnyvale, just 3 dealers into my search for a replacement. Jory was walking up to me as I got out of my car. I explained the situation, we looked at a few cars on the lot, but he suggested we just go inside and go through the online catalogue of vehicles which fit my pocketbook, but also what I was after in a replacement. I wanted the world, but at $16,440.00. Literally, 5 minutes into the search I found a pre-owned Highlander with 43k miles on it. We looked at the Carfax - completely clean. We then looked at the car, and I drove it. it was great, but had some cosmetic damage on both the front and rear bumpers. I got the vehicle WITH the damage repairs and all fees for $2k less than I had anticipated. Jory was great - a veritable "Golden Child," of vehicle sales, and Diana took me through the signature phase of the purchase, explaining each phase, quickly and succinctly, with no questions left unanswered. I didn't have much time to look for a vehicle, and this experience was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Toyota Sunnyvale. More
