Papas was very helpful throughout and he was also very patient with me as I was not experienced with buying a car. He explained everything that I didn't understand and made me feel comfortable. Also from the very beginning to the end I felt no pressure at all, which is very important for me, especially when I am purchasing a big item like a car. So I want to thank him for that. Cisco who did the finance was also very nice. I am so grateful for the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Toyota Sunnyvale and Papas to anyone who is interested in buying a car. Terrible car maintenance service We purchased our Avalon 2005 for cash in 2005 with the extended warranty. We have had all service performed on our car at Toyota in Sunnyvale , even We purchased our Avalon 2005 for cash in 2005 with the extended warranty. We have had all service performed on our car at Toyota in Sunnyvale , even after the warranty was over. Lately we have taken the coupon offer the dealership offered for discounts on oil changes. We have done this twice. Each time was worse than the last. The first time you had my husband wait 2 hrs till they called his name and this was with a previously set appointment time of 7 AM. This last time was 3 hrs wait and this was with appointment at 7:00 A.M also. The excuse was we tried calling you in our waiting room but nobody answered??? He was waiting there all the time and nobody called his name or mine. The room is not that big. This was the same excuse used the last time. At least change your excuses !! If you don't want people using your coupon and treating them this way THEN DON'T OFFER THEM !!! We had stated that it was time to buy another car., although ours only has 53,772 miles, but this is by far the last dealership we will have any business deals with!! Oh, yes the Service advisory: Allen M. Raw son also said it was listed under a wrong address?? That's two excuses used twice. Jeanne Peters More

We were fortunate to get a great deal on the Limited Platinum and was able to secure excellent financing. Jessica Wilson did a great job getting us setup in advance of our arrival and Phillip Mattus did an excellent job with the entire process. Lastly I want to thank Cisco for working out a plan on the final steps. Overall great experience and the staff is much more knowledgeable than some other Toyota dealerships we had visited in recent weeks. More

Right from setting up an appointments, to the test-drive as well as the follow up financial It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had! Right from setting up an appointments, to the test-drive as well as the follow up financial discussion was all done in a quick and efficient manner. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into making any decisions whatsoever, and they were very transparent throughout the whole process with respect to my choices, financial eligibility, pricing, etc. Jessica was very co-operative, friendly and very helpful thought the whole process. Sean was great at explaining the details of the warranties and the additional services. Overall, this was a great car buying experience for my first car in the US! More

I was very wary of what I would run into with car dealerships but didn't need to be at Sunnyvale Toyota. I was well taken care of by John Papas and the experience was very pleasant. Who would of guessed? This is my first Toyota - bought a Prius - and the dealership seems to offer many unique perks as well as offering a good pricing deal such that no real haggling was needed.
