Took advantage of my 92 year old mother - BEWARE! My mother, who usually takes her car to the Lexus Service Center, took her car to Toyota of Sunnyvale a few months ago because she had a service light My mother, who usually takes her car to the Lexus Service Center, took her car to Toyota of Sunnyvale a few months ago because she had a service light was lit on her dashboard. The staff at the dealership scared her into thinking she needed all kinds of repairs on her car. Her invoice was over $6,000! My mother lives in Mountain View and I live in Los Angeles. Had I known that she had been taken advantage of I would have stopped her from paying the bill. I suspect they had her do things that weren't really necessary and also charged her excessively for what was done. For a car that only has 70,000 miles on it and is well maintained, this was outrageous! Check the reviews on YELP and you will see other unhappy customers. More

Explained to me patiently the new features of the car and even helped me to set up the app in the infotainment system. This saved me lots of the time and frustration for trying to figure things out. We went in to look at 86 and maybe purchase one, but we ended up purchased the used 2017 Tacoma. Mileage is low and I love the exterior color and so is the interior. It took us about 3hr to find me something else when I pass on the new 86, to small for a big guy like me. Mr.Menchavez was there to help me out from the time we got there til the time we left with the 2017 Tacoma. Happy customer right here! I recommend this guy to whomever planning to purchase a vehicle or its his/her first time here. More
