Because there are very few of these on the used market, particularly with low miles, I immediately emailed and then called the dealership. My phone call was forwarded to James who already was preparing a response to my email. He quickly emailed the Carfax report to me, as it had not yet been posted. Because I had to travel 90 minutes to get to the dealership, James went the extra mile and had the Highlander held for me. Because it was a popular car, he could have easily just as gone with someone who could get there earlier, but he knew that I was serious and kept his commitment. In handling the purchase, he was very professional and did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. He also made sure I was happy with the purchase at the end, going through the trouble of obtaining a second key for me and detailed records of the vehicle's inspection report. I've never had a better experience buying a car from a dealer! More

Don't buy your vehicle here! I purchased a Certified Toyota from this dealership in August. Upon arriving home I noticed oil leaking under the car. I took it to my local dealersh I purchased a Certified Toyota from this dealership in August. Upon arriving home I noticed oil leaking under the car. I took it to my local dealership and they found that the drain pug was not tightened correctly. I thought I bought a Certified Toyota?? A few days later the brakes started making noise. I took it back to local dealership and they said the brake pads should be replaced. Buying a Certified Toyota means a full inspection was done and the car meets the high criteria to be a Certified Toyota. A Service Manager from Sunnyvale Toyota called and was very aggressive and would not let me explain the issues in full. They will not do their part and replace the brakes. This repair is not very costly to them but to me it will be a big repair for a car that was purchased just 2 months ago. I originally gave them a glowing review but am taking it back due to their incorrect inspection of my car and their refusal to assist me. Buyer beware! Save yourself time and money. Do not buy a car here, new or used. More

We really felt that we were her only focus and concern, somehow special to her. With Yuliana, we got the feeling that she was not only about selling us a car, but that she wanted us to be satisfied and that she would be still there for us for any kind of questions or concerns we might have in the future and that is priceless.
