So, we went to Toyota Sunnyvale to see him 2 weeks ago. John Le is a great sales manager we've ever met so far. He is the kindest, the most patient, the most honest, the most enthusiastic sales manager we've ever met. He let us test drive, showed us around, answered every single questions that we asked. We had a lot of questions regarding about the car, the price and everything in between. Every time, we have questions for John, he texted us back or emailed us very quickly and kind. He served us the best way that he could. We felt that he didn't "have to try" to help us. It comes from his heart naturally. He delivered to us the best car purchasing experience so far. We did stop by other dealers to check. Because it's a car - the big thing, not just some stuff you buy from supermarket. If we don't like, we can return. Therefore, we should know things before buying. But to be honest, we did not like the way other dealers made us feel. The sales manager there were very aggressive. The acted like we were their dinners. They even said "give me the price of other deal, I'll beat it". Of course, we pay attention to the price but the price is not everything to customers. We don't need that 1 dollar, 50 dollars or 100 dollars of their beat. If you're struggling to make sales, the first thing you should check is your attitude. I think other dealers just don't get that. John had make his best effort to give us the best he had. Not just only the product but also the experience. They said "How you sell matters. What your process matters. But how your customers feel when they engage with you matters more". We came back today and decided to buy 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE. Not because of the price, but because we truly appreciate what John Le has brought for us. Thank you so much, John for your kindness and patience with us.
