Lost my keys for 2 days. Didnt tell me. Was told a service agent would call us back. We showed up finally to get details and then they had to admit they had the car, just no Didnt tell me. Three phone calls later w AAA and talk to the literal tow truck driver to learn keys were handed directly to service desk. So much time wasted when they could’ve been honest or called us. Trust lost- in the market for a new car. Not here for service. Not here for buying after this. More

I bought my vehicle at Drive Direct and regret it. I wish I would have went to Toyota direct from the start.
