Went to this dealership based on a vehicle I had seen while driving by. Met with the salesman, Lynn Phifer, who was helpful in showing me the carfax and inspections done on each vehicle. We were outside the USA and decided to purchase the Toyota Venza but needed get it started via phone and mail. When we came to the USA we did not have a car but Jack Daley came to personally pick us u Toyota Venza but needed get it started via phone and mail. When we came to the USA we did not have a car but Jack Daley came to personally pick us up and bring us to the dealship. From that point things went very smooth. Jack spent a great deal of time with us going over how everything in the car worked. A few days later we came back to have the wheel locks installed and again Jack coordinated the work and made us comfortable while we were there. We had to drive the car back to Chicago and again Jack was checking with us to make sure everything was ok. My wife and I were really happy with our experience and the attentiveness of Jack. We would highly recommend Town and Country Toyota and definitely ask for Jack Daley when you are there. More
