Generally speaking I have been pleased with the quality service and level of attention paid to my needs as a customer. This past visit, when I expressed the desire to have my spare tire rotated into the ti service and level of attention paid to my needs as a customer. This past visit, when I expressed the desire to have my spare tire rotated into the tire rotation, my service adviser seemed surprised by the request. The impression it gave me was that he was told to “push back” a little on certain requests, then if the customer is adamant to assure the customer it would be done. I’m not saying that’s what this young man did or, if he genuinely was not educated on the correct process of completing a tire rotation when there is a full-sized spare. At the end of the day, and the greater point is that a customer should not even have to mention such a thing and where the dealership sells a vehicle with a full-sized spare, the default should be having the customer verify if they do or do not want the spare rotated in. This is the only way to make all customers happy. As far as the overall quality of the most recent service, I am a little perturbed that the service provider made it a point to assure me as he was delivering my serviced vehicle back to me that my TP was put at 40psi as I had requested, but then I discovered upon driving away from the service center that all tires were deflated to 37psi. So, other than those items, I think everything went great. More
