The biggest part of the concern is the fact that your salesman Jose Diaz lied to me about having sent a video with the detailed information prior to me filling out a credit application. I just can't tolerate when people lie to my face, it's just wrong and you should be taking a deeper look into this to avoid future customer loss. I just bought a brand new truck this weekend, the sale could've been yours but when people lie it just doesn't site well with me! Good luck!
