Our salesperson was Brandon Figueroa-Tejeras. With regard to the sale itself, he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful. During the course of the transaction, we relayed to him the poor experience we had with another Dallas area Ford dealership several months ago, particularly when it came to what we needed after the sale. He assured us that would not happen with him or this dealership. However, I have texted him several times since the sale regarding a couple of follow up items and there has not even been an acknowledgement of the text messages. That is extremely disappointing.
