Town Center Nissan took very good care of my vehicle. Thanks Ken for getting me scheduled so fast. Thanks Ken for getting me scheduled so fast. More
Up until this service appointment, I would have given Town Center Nissan a higher rating. However, they didn't perform service that was requested when I checked in. I have a tire on the front driver's si Town Center Nissan a higher rating. However, they didn't perform service that was requested when I checked in. I have a tire on the front driver's side that keeps losing tire pressure. I asked the dealership to check the tire for a leak and then rotate the tires. Neither service was performed on my vehicle. The tire that is on the front drivers side is still losing pressure, so it obviously wasn't checked (just filled with air) and the tires weren't rotated because it is on the same location on the vehicle. I will have to return to have the tire checked. If they couldn't perform the service, they should have stated that when I checked in. More
I had an 8am appointment with Jorge for a scan for Service Engine Light. I arrived around 7:40 and was assisted by another service technician. No update was given so I waited an hour and 40 minutes. Service Engine Light. I arrived around 7:40 and was assisted by another service technician. No update was given so I waited an hour and 40 minutes. I then went and located the service technician and at that time he stated he would check and give me an update. My car was ready to go within 15 minutes. This is totally unacceptable customer service and lack of consideration of my time. More

They have a comfortable waiting room, service shuttle (if you’re dropping it off before work) and the communication is good. They send you a link to your recommended repairs so you can take the time to look them up to understand if it’s really necessary. Because it’s a web page/form you don’t have to remember what they said in a phone call, which is really nice. You can take the time to think about the services needed. They can also upload photos of damage (shocks, tires, oil, filters, etc) they find. I was not enamored with my service rep. He kept yelling at me about changing my oil regularly. My dude, that’s why I came in. It had been 5k miles as per the synthetic oil guidelines. I do change my oil. Look at the xxxx sticker. Don’t chastise me for not doing it when I am. And it wasn’t just once. It was in the text messages, on the phone and in person. You’re not my dad. Don’t yell at me—this really irritated me. I would not schedule with Lamar for service again. If there is a problem, then figure out why I’m so low on oil. I get regular oil changes. The car is not burning nor leaking oil. So then figure it out. I’m right on schedule. Then he “worked some magic” to get me some discounts. Appreciated, since I was spending $3600. But then right as I’m coming to pick up my car (three days later) he tells me it’s 2.5% charge for using a credit card. So your “discount” wasn’t really jackshi—. You’re a big enough dealer and you do a considerable volume of work. Build in the credit card fee if that’s what you need to do. Don’t surprise me with that 20 minutes before I check out. I want to take away another star for the attitude but in reality that was one guy. Not the whole department. More
