Excellent experience Danny is awesome, he helped me purchase my first brand new car! Won’t Go Back Made an appointment for some recalls and another issue on my vehicle and provided the vin number. Drove over 250 miles to basically find out after th Made an appointment for some recalls and another issue on my vehicle and provided the vin number. Drove over 250 miles to basically find out after the service department had my vehicle for several hours they didn't have all the parts for the recalls and I would have to leave my vehicle from Friday until Tuesday for my concerns to be resolved. I explained that would not work and I would have to reschedule as I was told when making the appointment it would be resolved that day. The guy then said they don't like to do jobs like the one needed in Friday's because it is the end of the week. They do not accommodate the customer and what is the point of scheduling for recalls when they don't have the parts knowing what the recalls are when they had my vin number. So disappointed and a wasted trip and wasted money. More

Excellenet service LLoyd Lloyd did an excellent job with my used car purchase. He not only did the standard things like walking me through the paperwork and taking me for a t Lloyd did an excellent job with my used car purchase. He not only did the standard things like walking me through the paperwork and taking me for a test drive, he went above and beyond by picking me up at my house rather than having me take the bus to the dealership. Since I was paying cash but had to wait for a transfer to clear, both he and Joe in the finance department worked with me to set up a backup financing plan so I could drive the car home that night. Overall, Lloyd did an excellent job! More

Once you purchase they have a gong you can ring and my inner child was thrilled!!! Thank you Towbin for providing such an exciting establishment while purchasing a car! Salesman wise- I’ve purchased multiple cars from different dealerships and have worked with great salesmen BUT no one like Jose Sandoval. From the moment I arrived he was polite and was more interested in learning what I was asking for in a purchase rather than being pushy and making it uncomfortable. I went in with ridiculous requests and not once did Jose hesitate to fulfill them. He pulled both a 1500 Ram and a charger and dealt with me being indecisive.
