From the moment I arrived he was polite and was more interested in learning what I was asking for in a purchase rather than being pushy and making it uncomfortable. I went in with ridiculous requests and not once did Jose hesitate to fulfill them. He pulled both a 1500 Ram and a charger and dealt with me being indecisive. My service advisor Josh was a pleasure to work with and had a common sense grasp of the situation. However, his manager Greg apparently doesn't let his advisors use common sense and Greg has no comprehension of quality customer satisfaction. If it's realistic the issue occurred while you, the dealership, had the vehicle then it's realistic you, the dealership, should cover the additional repair costs. More
