Off the bat, we had this stigma that he just wants our money and will do whatever to sell us any car that day. Well we were totally surprised about our whole experience. Lloyd was not pushy, aggressive nor unpleasant...he was the opposite. He was VERY patient, respectful and most of all understanding of what our daughter wanted and what she was dealing with as far as budget. He made it very clear regarding the inventory of cars our daughter could look at. Most would say you don't get the first car you see at the first dealership but in this case we had Lloyd and that made all the difference. The next time we are in the market or maybe when our next child is licensed to drive we know exactly who we want to deal with. I called ahead to see if he was working because I purchased a vehicle from him 10 years ago and he was great. He asked me what my needs were and he found the vehicle before I even arrived and had it ready and waiting to look at. We took it for a drive and I loved it so we started the paperwork and like I said he was very honest and upfront about everything. I went to the dealer alone and have no way to get The truck I went to the dealer in homes so after purchase Lloyd drove my vehicle back to my house for me and I drove him back to the dealer he was great to talk to he's a very nice guy..
