The service Dept is a joke at towbin. I've taken my brand new vehicle down there 3 times since I purchased it in may. Everytime I made an appointment to avoid waiting. But that was a waste of time. On average i've had to wait a week to get it back. One week for minor discrepancies, what a joke. And if you think that's bad just wait until you visit the cashier to get your vehicle back. One time they couldn't even find my vehicle. I had to wait 45 min for them to locate it and bring it to me. And did I get an apology. NO!!!!! Towbin needs to get there crap together. The whole place is a circus. Next time I'm going elsewhere, even if I end up paying a little more! More

The Overall experience has been a NIGHTMARE! Once you have signed your life away...they dont want anything to do with you! They will tell you anything to close a deal. I bought a 3 year extended warranty that was ''bumper to bumper'' Well my front bumper almost completly fell off.. they wouldnt fix it!!! My wife and I were ripped off by Tobin. They said that we were getting $1,000 off the MSRP but added it back on through some PROTEC crap. We didn't catch it until it was to late. Visited parts, very friendly, lack of parking places, they have new cars parked in all the handicapped slots, and feel that they do not have to comply with the ADA because they are on private property. This is by far the worst dealer I've ever been to. They wouldn't talk about total price, only "payments" and then tried to get us into a lease when we wanted to buy.
