Salesman was great. His supervisor was a bit pushy like the old days, however he did work a deal out that I was very pleased with. But my biggest shoutout is for Angelica Rosales. I stopped by on a Saturday to check on my DMV registration and she took her time to help me take care of the online registration and payment. She also works with the service manager,Phil, who is a great guy and helped me out with the add ons that I got on my new truck. But back to Angelica, she not only got my registration completed, but informed me that she schedules your service appointments and gave me her work number to make setting up my appointments when needed. Over the 50 years I’ve been buying new vehicles, I can honestly say that I had a great experience, when the salesman and supervisor saw me on Saturday they both checked to make sure I was happy with my new truck and that I had no problems with it. Everyone that I’ve dealt with there has treated me with respect and I feel Angelica went above and beyond to help me out with my registration. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. And my experience with the service department and Phil was outstanding as well. More

Lies about speaking to manger for assistance. Lies about having your car inspected. Management lies and helping resolve issues and sells vehicles unsafe for road. I worked with DeMarcus Lucious on a possible remote purchase of a used vehicle (I am out of state, in Northern California) that wasn't eve Dodge RAM. I worked with DeMarcus Lucious on a possible remote purchase of a used vehicle (I am out of state, in Northern California) that wasn't even a Dodge/RAM vehicle, it was a used 2020 Toyota Tundra 4WD. DeMarcus was very responsive and accommodating with information, texting me extra photos of the vehicle for specific features, etc. since I was not able to visit the lot in person. DeMarcus was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant to speak with, and he knows how to follow up. Though I ultimately ended up buying a vehicle local to here I live, I was very impressed with DeMarcus and how well he represented Towbin Dodge RAM. I'd certainly consider them again for future purchases, based purely on my positive experience with DeMarcus -- well done, and keep up the good work! More
