I'm a single mother and very insecure of the purchase I was going to make. Thomas made me feel very secure and he understood what I needed with no rush or pressure, he took 9 hours out of his time to ensure me that the commitment I was going to make was the best choice for me and my son. One of the moments I think I will never forget is that there was another customer in the lot and thanked him for asking her to come in to the dealership. She thanked Thomas and continued to state " If it wasn't for you I would not had bought 2 vehicles", I felt really bad because my credit is not great and I was taking to much of his time. I was thinking " I'm a super bad human being for taking so much time away from Thomas, if I would had decided sooner that sell would had been his". I continued to apologize to Thomas for taking so much of his time. I never expected for Thomas to state "There is a reason why everything happens, I believe that destiny has place me in front of you to secure you and your boy in a better vehicle. I did not cry at that moment because I was still very scared on purchasing the vehicle, but he made me feel that it did not matter what happens he was going to take care of me and placed me in the best deal he could. Now, I feel I have a piece of mind for my son. I can never thank Thomas enough and be sure that I told all my family and friends to visit Thomas. Believe me when I say that Thomas not only sold me a car but an experience. I've visited a lot of dealerships in my life and have always been rushed through a deal. I visited Towbin Dodge in Las Vegas and was taken care of by Byron Johnson who literally treated me like a VIP. B always been rushed through a deal.
