Went into dealership to look at buying two cars one for me and one for wife. Was walking the lot looking at new and used cars/trucks when Judd came and asked if we needed any help, he was very nice and mos me and one for wife. Wife got a 2010 dodge mini van and I got a dodge 2500 4 door cummis truck. I loved the truck but wife wasnt sure about the van so i called the next day to see if they could help me out i spoke with scott stephens and he was fantastic, he said just bring it back and lets find something she likes, I couldnt belive it thought i would be stuck with the one she didnt like, these guys are great they no how to make someone happy and thats hard to find at a dealership I now why they are #1 cause they still know what customer service means and thats hard to find anymore. Went back and wife found a differnt van with less miles and a 2012 we even got a better deal on it how great is that. anyway they took care of all the paperwork and Luis in finance was so helpfull to explain everything that was going on with the paperwork from old loan to new loan it was so easy. Scott and Kim followed up and made sure everything was good and made sure all the paperwork was takin care of just had a all around good experience with this dealership. i no where ill be going when its time to upgrade. When I first arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by a greeter and introduced to a salesperson. The customer service was great. The finance guy was very honest and friendly. There was a minor issue with the delivery of the car but the general manager and the customer service person, along with the service department, worked as a team to ensure I was completely satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service this dealership provided. I will recommend them if any of my friends or family members are in the market for a vehicle. I know when the time comes, I will go back and do business with Towbin Dodge again. Very professional dealership! More

One week before I was leaving to drive out of town on vacation I noticed a funny smell and coolant leaking from underneath my Hummer. Knowing I was pressed for time I made my first visit to the dealer ne vacation I noticed a funny smell and coolant leaking from underneath my Hummer. Knowing I was pressed for time I made my first visit to the dealer needing to have my radiator repaired or replaced due to it leaking only to finding out that my warranty did not cover the radiator. After making a few phone calls and receiving a return phone call from a gentleman named Jarrell responding to my concerns regarding my warranty coverage. I brought my vehicle into the Towbin Dodge service department where I met with Scott Stephens and Oscar the service manger. They both were extremely helpful in fixing my radiator problem as well as correcting the paperwork pertaining to my warranty which I originally purchased. Their superior professionalism and quick concern of my vehicle issues had made it possible for me to go out of town knowing my Hummer would be reliable after it had been looked over, including having the oil changed and all my fluids checked over in no time at all. By-far the best part of our purchase was Chris he is one of the best salesmen i have ever encountered and i have been in retail sales for over 20 years. Chris was friendly, courteous and and seemed truly concerned that my daughter did not get in over her head while finding a car that best fit her needs instead of trying to get her to buy something she could afford so he could make a quick buck. Its my fault that i purchased the wrong vehicle that my wife cant drive from Towbin Dodge.
