The jeep dealership in Las Vegas (where we live)is really bad so we drove into Henderson to Towbin. The jeep was there for "underwarranty" service plus an oil change. Towbin kept it several days waiting on bad so we drove into Henderson to Towbin. The jeep was there for "underwarranty" service plus an oil change. Towbin kept it several days waiting on parts, but the Serviceman, Jesse, called us each day (sometimes more than once) and always called when he said he would and gave us updates. It is a pleasure dealing with a person who does what he says. We highly recommend Towbin in Henderson and will continue to drive the extra distance whenever we require service. We will recommend Towbin Service Dept. to all our jeep friends. More
My service guy Art was good. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and had my car out and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I bought a used car from Towbin and it was the best thing I ever did. First of all my experience was above and beyond any other dealership when I bought it. I was very satisfied with my purchase. I am a female who thinks a squirrel and a mouse got into a fight in my engine because I don’t know much about cars. I brought it into the service department and they took care of everything. They told me what was wrong, which I still didn’t understand the car lingo and he explained everything to my husband who knows more about it and showed me. Steve worked with us because my car was under warranty. I suggest when anyone buys a car to purchase the extended warranty package Towbin Dodge has to offer you because it is amazing! Absolutely I received the best customer service from the second I drove in. Steve is funny, puts you at ease and really takes care of you and your car. At first I thought he was too good to be true, but I was wrong, he’s the best. He got me set up with a rental quickly and it didn’t cost me much for five days. I also came at New Years when everyone’s car seemed to break down and it was extremely busy. No complaints. I will send all my family and friends to the #1 dealer! More
After I was in a car accident I needed to look for a new car. My mother and I had gone to a couple other dealerships found a car here, found something else there, and then of course there were the dealersh car. We stopped at Towbin Dodge when we saw a PT Cruiser for a low price. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Thomas Kasko, though quiet he was very kind and did not make us feel unwanted or unimportant. We explained the circumstances of my situation and that we had a very strict budget. He consulted with another associate and they found us a couple vehicles in our budget range, unfortunately we were about to give up. Then Blue came to me and asked me the situation, I explained. He then brought over Jovan (I did not get these gentleman's last names) I gave them the strict numbers and they found me a vehicle. During this time I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I have never been in a situation like this and was very nervous. My mom was with me, but I can still get easily overwhelmed when dealing with matters of money. I am so grateful to these gentleman especially Thomas Kasko for all of their help and patience. This could have been a very stressful, ugly situation for us. I am however proud to say that my children and I are now driving a beautiful Chevy Malibu, we feel safe and it is definitely easier on my wallet in the means of gas. A year ago I started my life over and I have gone through a lot of positive changes. I am happy to say that Towbin Dodge and their associates are a part of my fresh start. Sunny was very helpful in answering any questions i had and was great at helping me pick out the prefect truck for me. Even after i got my truck she still asks me if i have any questions and if i need anyt and was great at helping me pick out the prefect truck for me. Went into dealership to look at buying two cars one for me and one for wife. Was walking the lot looking at new and used cars/trucks when Judd came and asked if we needed any help, he was very nice and mos me and one for wife. Was walking the lot looking at new and used cars/trucks when Judd came and asked if we needed any help, he was very nice and most of all NOT pushy it was great talking to him about differnt cars cause i felt no pressure from him to go run credit or talk deals he just waited for us to find a few cars we were interested in and got us all the info we needed to make our choice. Wife got a 2010 dodge mini van and I got a dodge 2500 4 door cummis truck. I loved the truck but wife wasnt sure about the van so i called the next day to see if they could help me out i spoke with scott stephens and he was fantastic, he said just bring it back and lets find something she likes, I couldnt belive it thought i would be stuck with the one she didnt like, these guys are great they no how to make someone happy and thats hard to find at a dealership I now why they are #1 cause they still know what customer service means and thats hard to find anymore. Went back and wife found a differnt van with less miles and a 2012 we even got a better deal on it how great is that. anyway they took care of all the paperwork and Luis in finance was so helpfull to explain everything that was going on with the paperwork from old loan to new loan it was so easy. Scott and Kim followed up and made sure everything was good and made sure all the paperwork was takin care of just had a all around good experience with this dealership. i no where ill be going when its time to upgrade. More
