Before even meeting Dennis, I talked to him on the phone and told him my situation. I explained that I was not doing well (credit wise) and that if he thinks that I don't have a chance to just let me know, as I don't want to waste his time. He said, no come in and we will see what we can do. Dennis already knew that I could be a potential waste of time, but he still took the time to get to know us. He never tried to pass us off to someone else or leave us in the lot because we weren't the Class A buyer. Dennis Paulino helped us find a great family size car that would not only be perfect for our family of 4 but also a reasonable price where the monthly payments stayed within our budget. He didn't push us into buying the very first car we looked at..in fact he made us take our time, helped us explore a little, and made sure that the car we chose and took out for a test drive was a car we could actually see ourselves owning and loving. He was extremely patient with us and went out of his way to help us get the best deal we could- and we did!! Mr. Paul Lancaster was our finance guy - he tied all our paper work together and amazingly got us approved with lower monthly payments and even included very important coverage on our car! The process was kind of long but let us tell you....it was worth every hour!!! (lol).
