Could not believe it I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5S. I live on the Big Island, so I didnt even look at the car before I bought it. I literally went off Consumer Review I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5S. I live on the Big Island, so I didnt even look at the car before I bought it. I literally went off Consumer Reviews, Edmunds Reviews, and then pictures off TonyGroups Website, mailed a check, and Tony Group sent the car to Young Brothers to ship it to me. It took 4 days before I could pick it up.(cost 300 to ship) And I have got to say, the car is ridiculous. Push to start, blue tooth to answer calls, play music. There are even steering wheel controls so that I can tell the car to call a specific number. It only has 3K miles on it, so I was able to get the warranty. I am a car junky, so I looked at all the specs and calculated every expense before I decided on the car. Its an 18 gal gas tank, which costs me about $60 to fill up. Ive had the car for a month, put 534 miles on it (because the commute here is much longer to get to and from work) and ive filled up my gas tank ONCE!!! Well, twice, this being I had to put gas when it came out of YB (safety reasons). I was very skeptical at first, because Im a 24 year old woman, I know that dealerships try to con us to buy something we dont need. I originally wanted a Lexus IS250. And I do know my way around engines. So when I went to a dealership here in Hilo to test drive the Lexus, I told the salesman, I want to take it to a mechanic to just in case because there are recalls on the fuel injector systems, he gave me some xxxxxxxx that fhey lost the keys for the car, so I cant look at it, and they wont make the keys unless there is an offer. I was pissed! So I looked up 4 and 5 star 2013 vehicles, and this one took the cake. Compared to other cars I was looking at, it seemed to be thd best in features and in price. And to make it easier, everything I asked Louie to do, he jumped right on it, I mostly contacted him through email because of my work schedule, and he got everything set up, from mailing documents for me to sign, faxing the right documents to my bank for my loan, and shipping the car. It was fast and easy, everything went through in 13 days. I have never been happier. More

He was involved with finalizing our deal and delivering our vehicle to us, I wish that he was our initial Sales Representative he really made us feel really important and treated us as if we were his family. He even made a few follow up calls to see how we were liking our new vehicle, which the initial Sales Representative didn't even do. It's because of people like him that I would surely buy another vehicle from your dealership and also recommend others to your dealership. AWESOME buying experience I would like to take this time to share my new truck purchasing experience. I inquired online to possibly purchase a new truck. I was given a call bac I would like to take this time to share my new truck purchasing experience. I inquired online to possibly purchase a new truck. I was given a call back within a short period of time. I was asked when I would be available to come in, and was given an appointment for the next day. Went in to see Eli, but he kindly apologized but immediately had Louis Boria assist me, to avoid any wait time. I was able to sit down and talk with Louis, a very open and energetic, happy guy. We spoke about what I was looking for and interested in. We went for a test drive in a 2014 Nissan Frontier. Really nice truck and smooth ride. We went into the office and went over some details. Unfortunately that evening, I didn't walk away with a new truck. But, I was given a call the next day with semi awesome news. That I would need to provide some requested documents, in which I did, and also set up another appointment to come in that afternoon after work. Low and behold, I went in and was informed that I got an approval. I was so very happy. Didn't take too long to finalize the sale and paperwork, and went over the features and everything about my new truck. That evening I drove away in the same 2014 Nissan Frontier truck that I took for a test drive. I couldn't have been any happier. Thank you Louis and Tony Nissan. More
