I bought my Juke 10 years ago and always service at Tony Nissan. The ppl are nice and transparent with my car issues. The service agent was great. My only cocern is the constant increase in prices at the dealership. Over two hundred dollars per hour for labor is excessive. I took my vehicle into tony nissan service for an oil change and safety check. They were suppose to use full synthetic oil but used conventional oil according to the invoice. This dealers service departm change and safety check. They were suppose to use full synthetic oil but used conventional oil according to the invoice. This dealers service department has alot of problems as for service. When I want synthetic oil, that is what I expect. I sense the problem within the service department is the communication between the service advisors and technicians or the technicians attention to detail is poor. I have been taking my vehicles to this nissan dealership since 1989 and I am looking elsewhere for service now. I feel like customers are being treated as a number now for service and not treated as customer with integrity. This dealership needs improvement in their service department. Technicians are making many mistakes when repairing and servicing vehaicles. Also, technicians are not taking vehicles for test runs to ensure all work or repairs were completed properly. More
