I have used Tony NISSAN for purchases maintenance and repair since 2011. I bought my first Nissan versa as a slightly used vehicle from there lease fleet. I only had one repair and drove it 77,777 miles repair since 2011. I bought my first Nissan versa as a slightly used vehicle from there lease fleet. I only had one repair and drove it 77,777 miles before I sold it in Oregon before returning back to Hawaii. I liked it so much. I bought another one same deal with only 5000 miles on it. I bought the extended warranty and used it to repair the AC that one has 38,500 miles on it now with no other repairs. The staff is always courteous, friendly and Professional. More

This is the first time taking my car to this dealership. They were so helpful on fitting me in as my car battery was dieing. They managed to look up my warranty info & replace my battery. I was very dissatisfied with the issue I had with reporting a spot which looked like rust and reported it at the last service in Dec. 2023. This year at my service appointment I requested someone to reporting a spot which looked like rust and reported it at the last service in Dec. 2023. This year at my service appointment I requested someone to address my concerns over the spot which looked like rust. Again when my service was done I was informed no one was available to check. The service writer took pictures and I was told he would notify the appropriate person. My car was serviced on 12/19/24 and as of today, 12/26/24 no one has followed up with me. Did I get duped into buying rustproofing? More
