Great service from Jason Beleno; Nissan Service Advisor, even though my Saturday appointment was a 11am and the shop had vehicles ahead of me for service, Jason and the technicians were able to get my vehic even though my Saturday appointment was a 11am and the shop had vehicles ahead of me for service, Jason and the technicians were able to get my vehicle out in the original estimated time around 1 hour. My day was not limited because of waiting for my vehicle, and I was able to continue with the rest of the days errands. Great Job Jason and Tony Nissan techs and service lane porters! Customer service will conversing with Tony Nissan was fine. My issue and concern was how my service was handling. Originally I called to make an appointment for work to be performed on my vehicle. I m fine. My issue and concern was how my service was handling. Originally I called to make an appointment for work to be performed on my vehicle. I made the appointment for Friday 2/21/2014 6:45am. However on Wednesday 2/19/2014 I received an email stating my appointment was for 2/20/2014. So I needed to call and correct the error by Nissan. This was corrected without issue. The vehicle was dropped off and accepted on 2/21 at 6:40am, again no issue with customer service. However I was told we would be contacted by 1:00 or 1:30pm regarding what corrective action was needed. No one from Nissan contacted me and any phone number that was left. I made several attempts to contact my servicing agent, but always got the voice mail. By 3:00pm there was still no contact, so I went to the service department in person to inquiry about the status of my vehicle. The service representative had to search for my vehicle status and when finally located, I was informed the vehicle had not been looked at yet. This is unacceptable. We called and made an appointment, was told we would be contacted and never were. The entire day was wasted without a vehicle where other arrangements needed to be made. Finally was informed that the vehicle would need to left overnight and wouldn't be worked on until the following day 2/22/2014 Saturday. Work was finally completed on Saturday. We are not impressed. What is the point of making an appointment when the vehicle would not be looked at? Why weren't we contacted as stipulated when the vehicle was dropped off? Why is it so difficult to make contact with the servicing agent? We will not be using Tony Nissan Service Department in the future. I would like to reiterate, that the staff was friendly and did waive the diagnostic fee for not looking at our vehicle based on the appointment criteria. More

This is the first time in all these years I have purchased a car that a salesman took an honest interest in the customer's needs. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Not only did they perform the routine maintenance at a great price, but they also washed the car prior to my picking it up.
