The attention to detail and additional information provided by Mr. Richard Crabbe was indeed impeccable. His attention to my needs based on my concepts of transportation was helpful beyond mention. Not only did he exhibit his vast knowledge of the several vehicles we examined but the offering of comparative information materials as developed by himself made me feel so at ease and confident in my final determination. His gentle nature and friendly demeanor made each meeting during the search pleasant and interesting. I am very familiar with the Tony Honda group customer service and have always been very please with their side and have always wondered if Tony Nissan would be as good. Well today your service advisor has proved that Tony Nissan is just as awesome! I appreciated how quickly the entire staff greeted, serviced and followed up with my Nissan Leaf today! Jason went above and beyond his duties, I'm sure, and had my car done within a couple of hours and even was kind enough to wash my car and charge it a little for me. I was also offered a rental as I was pressed for time since I had 2 recall notices AND was not able to take off work to wait for my car to be serviced. This is THE MAIN reason my family continues to purchase cars from the Tony Group. Your customer service is far more superior than most dealerships and we appreciate all the hard work that is done.
