We were not sure of which car to buy the day we went there, and as first time buyers, we don't actually know how it's gonna be, we were just a little bit overwhelmed until he began explaining to us every details on buying a car, and showed us which cars are great fits for us. He just kept on helping us without any pressure from him, he was a calm, kind person. We just like the way he treated us, like he's so cool! He's one professional person who's having fun at work helping costumers. When we're w/ Rodney, we didn't worry about anything because he always got our back. The "Service Engine Soon" indicator was due to a defective oxygen sensor whch was placed on order. The Multi-point Inspection detected 2 other problems: a weak battery and worn front windshield wipers and both of these items were immediately replaced.
