This was my very first time being at a dealership to choose a car for myself, and Julius took the "scariness" of first time buys away. He made sure to let me know of all my options and the outcomes/expenses of which car I decided on. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing something just to get the "sale", but instead I felt like Julius was genuinely trying to make sure I took the right first step in the right direction. I love my car and Julius Borje played a big helpful role in helping me get the car I've always wanted. More

Specifically we went into Tony Nissan, where the sweet Ms. Sonia Diaz-Ruiz greeted us. We had looked at a car, a 2004 Ford Escape that was on the lot. We really liked it but it had no price tag. We explained the situation to her and right away she hopped up, went outside to check the car and then came back for us to test drive it. We noticed a few things that needed fixing on it as we drove. We were a little concerned since this car would be driving around our little 1 year old boy. But our old car had no air conditioning and was falling apart, thus why we were looking for a new one. We came back and discussed everything. We loved the car, the mileage and price was incredible! But it did need new tires, and after driving around a car with a lot of problems previously, I was very apprehensive about buying a new car. I wanted something that wouldnt fall apart on me, especially with a little guy in tow. Sonia COMPLETELY understood. Not only did she negotiate us getting new tires, she also set up a complete maintenance check. Turns out in needed a new sway bar, belt, wipers, in addition to the tires. No problem! They took care of it all! They called us as soon as the work was ready. The sway bar hadn't come in yet so we picked it up to drive around. When I went to pick it up Sonia made sure I knew exactly where to go on Thursday to get the maintenance done and who to ask for. Come Thursday I was prepared for a full day waiting on my car to be serviced. The waiting room was wonderful tho, with free wifi, tv, seating and food. But just an hour later, it was completely done!! They handed me the keys, no extra charge and my car drives beautifully now. It feels so nice to have a reliable car again, and it feels even better knowing that there is a reliable, trusting place on the island to buy a car without spending a fortune and getting great customer service. Our consultant who accommodated us with the vehicle that we came to see greeted us. He allowed us to drive the car without any pressure or sales pitch trying to get us to buy it. I was a very difficult customer to handle, however the staff at Nissan handle everything well. I also want to thank that person who handled the money part because he offered some great warranties that I didn't know Nissan even had. I got great bonuses for my vehicle and cannot wait for my appointment to get them put on. Also the one to one program is really great, because I have so much going I just sometimes need reminders. Thank you again for my new car! More

He took the time to not only inquire about my wants and needs, but also to get to know me on a more personal level to insure that I'd be getting the best vehicle to match my lifestyle. As he gave detailed information about each car he recommended I consider, he displayed a passion for his product and my satisfaction that proved to me that he had my best interest at heart. When it became evident that my credit would not allow a payment plan that I could support, Ronald enlisted the aid of Mr. James Kawata and together they managed to convince the bank to grant me a loan that would lesson my financial burden. All in all, the deal they worked out was exceptional and I greatly appreciate their efforts. When I decide that I am ready to go forward with a purchase, I'll be sure to request for Mr. Hata. More

Went there to "look" at the Nissan NV200 as I have been visiting the site on the internet. On the way home from shopping, we decided to "look" at the van. Once inside the compound, we parked and headed to the very back of the lot to where the cargo vans were located. There we looked at the NV200 from the outside and decided to go to the showroom to gather some brochures of the NV200. Once inside the receptionist asked if we needed some help. I asked if someone was around to talk to me about the NV200, she took to an office. As I approached the office, a familiar individual that I have known for a number of years turned around and I greeted him as "Kakazu San". John and I go back to the 1980's as he and I both worked at DFS Hawaii during its' heyday. Anyways, We talked for a while, reminiscing, then got down to business. To make a long story short, I ended up buying the NV200 a few ours later. The experience, from beginning to end, was pleasant with no preassure and I feel that I got a good deal on my trade-in and final price out the door. (note: I have to mention this, the trade-in (04 Toyota Tacoma) was purchased at Kaimuki Toyota and Mr. Kakazu was instrumental in this purchase also. Not only did we buy the Tacoma but we bought a Corolla on that same visit.) Please thank Mr. Kakazu for his excellent customer service and for answering all my and my wife's questions. Aloha, Alex Nuesca. Suggestion: You should look into dedicating a covered parking row for all your current models that are on sale. This would make it easier for the customer to get to and look at the vehicle of their choice. Also, the vehicles interior would be cooler and more comfortable to take on a test drive around the neighborhood. Just a thought. Thanks. More
