very good experience I had signed a contract the night before on a new Prius hybrid plug in, but jokingly asked the salesman if I had the weekend to change my mind since I I had signed a contract the night before on a new Prius hybrid plug in, but jokingly asked the salesman if I had the weekend to change my mind since I wasn't going to be able to get the car for 5 days. He said sure, since I didn't have the car yet. The next day I saw the ad for Tony Nissan of the Leafs, and went right away to check it out. I ended up saving $7000 over the price of the Prius, and actually like the car much better. We enjoyed working with Kurt. Very helpful and knowledgeable and patient, and no pressure. More

Excellent Customer Service! I called the service department on Thursday and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Soon as I pulled in I was immediatley greeted by a I called the service department on Thursday and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Soon as I pulled in I was immediatley greeted by a lovely lady. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was very nice and helpful. Jason was my rep and I did't wait but 2 minutes for him to help me. It took about 3 hours from beginning to end and that wasn't too long for all the work that was done (all electrical work). I really liked that all the parts were there so I was able to get everything done that day. Jason was really nice, proffesional, prompt and courteous! He kept me very informed and I got a military discount as well. I love this Nissan! More

I told the attendant at the front that I had a few questions and he called for a sales person. Thank God I got Rodney Kahao. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous! Had he not been so awesome I would have left in my nightmare of a Chevy that night ...especially since I hadn't planned on buying right then. I loved the Rogue that we took for a test drive. I really loved the price they gave me for my Trailblazer (p.o.s.). I really, really loved how easy it was to work with Rodney and Darren Sasaki in Finance. The whole process moved quickly! This was my first experience buying a NEW car and Rodney and Darren made it so smooth. I am seriously grateful for their patience and walking me through the entire process. Rodney explained absolutely everything to me--poor guy. Haha. But he was awesome!! More
191,000 miles - Dissatisfied with electronic rustproofing I purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa in Nov 2006 and the vehicle just reached 191,000 miles. I am very, very, very disappointed in the electronic rustproo I purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa in Nov 2006 and the vehicle just reached 191,000 miles. I am very, very, very disappointed in the electronic rustproofing. In my personal opinion you are better off getting traditional rustproofing. I went to see the Manager on duty (I do not recall his name) as I had massive rust by the rear hatch back brackets. He told me that the rust proofing unit needs to be inspected annually and made no offer to help with the repairs. If you purchase a Nissan Versa take it to an auto body shop and have them spray clear coat by the rear hatch brackets and any metal surface that water will contact when it drains from the roof and in between the hatchback. This will save you a lot of money in the long run. More

We researched the vehicles online that the dealership had to offer and found the vehicle we wanted. I was referred to Allen from a family member who had a great experience working with him.Allen treated us great and offered us a lot of information about the pre-owned Nissan Murano we wanted. Allen was friendly, professional and not pushy like most car sales associates we encountered in the past which made the whole overall experience comfortable. Allen worked hard to get us a great deal on the trade and our purchase. We are now proud owners of a Nissan Murano and are loving every bit of it! More
