My wife and daughter tried to negotiate a better price for the truck and the salespeople refused to lower the price at all, not even $1.00. Since they were unwilling to negotiate we decided to go elsewhere, their parting comment was "try to get a better truck at the same price". They made other condescending, rude comments to my wife and daughter during the negotiations Well we did get a better truck at a better price. We got a Toyota Tacoma cheaper than the Frontier and Windward Servco gave us a $1000 off the cost of the truck. We also get free maintenance for 2 years. Servco was pleased to take my personal check for the full purchase price of the truck, Tony Nissan told us it didn't matter that we were purchasing with cash. Interesting way to make a sale, being rude to a cash paying customer. More

Louis boria is top notch Louis is a sweetheart , he picked me up from waikiki ! He did everything in his power to help me. Even took me to costco for gas and set up bluetooth. First time car buyer This was my first experience buying a car. I saw a used car online and wanted to test drive that vehicle so o contacted Tony Nissan by email. Louis Bo This was my first experience buying a car. I saw a used car online and wanted to test drive that vehicle so o contacted Tony Nissan by email. Louis Boria was my salesman, called me back and scheduled my test drive. The original car I wanted to test drive wasn't there but Louis showed me other options and made buying my first Nissan so stress free. I didn't feel pressured, he was clear and explained my options. Financing was my biggest fear, but Louis helped me thru the process and got me a great rate for my car. He set up my bluetooth in my car and explained the many features before I drove off the lot. Louis was very professional, willing to listen to the customers needs and providing stellar customer service. I would highly recommend Louis to any first time car buyers or anyone who wants a stress free car buying experience. Thank you Tony Nissan & Louis Boria! More

Once that Sale is closed Service and Parts will be given opportunities to build upon that sale. Louise Obaldo exemplified all of these qualities of being an outstanding sales person. I also sent an email to Deborah Adams telling her our story of your Awesome Customer Team Service. We live in close proximity of many car dealerships, your dealership was our 2nd stop and the farthest from where we live; we had a terrible experience with the first dealership and was planning to visit other dealerships. We came in Tuesday 10/18/16 1030am to pay off our balance and pickup our new Versa. We also spoke to an Awesome Parts person that is not listed on this survey please Thank him for us!! More
