The finance manager James K. rushed through the financing avoiding explaining anything. To the point if I wasn’t paying attention he would have charged me an additional $4,000 for services my insurance covers. I did see some of the services as appropriate, like their PCP program and premiere tire protection. So I did accept that. Seems to have been a mistake. When I became due for an oil change. I called to schedule and appointment and was transferred around from Nissan to Volkswagen, told that neither service department can do the work that I paid for when I signed up for the PCP program, & that someone would always get back to me. Throughout the whole 2 weeks NO ONE got back to me so I was forced to go somewhere else and pay full price. Which I still have not been reimbursed for. The next time I needed a service I called nearly a month early because of what had happened prior. I was able to get ahold of Tony Nissan after a week of calling trying to get ahold of anyone. 3-4 days after the service I had to return to Nissan to have the oil change light on my dash turned off. Apparently no one had done that the day I left my car from 7am-6:30pm. Now, I am here again because I paid for the premier tire care which covers a nail in your tire. After having called for 3 days. Not even getting past the voicemail to a human or any call backs. Once you get ahold of someone it’s ok. It’s the getting ahold of someone that’s the problem. More

She also didn’t try and BS me into any expensive extras and stuff that i didn’t need. We have already recommended her to a few people and I’m not going to stop because it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. More

Jeb had passed me to George who was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions or concerns about the vehicle I was interested in. if he didn't have the answer, he would say so and get the right answer rather than faking it. I have far more respect for someone who will be honest than just trying to close the sale. George also followed up on the sale, to be sure that I was happy with my purchase and to schedule service appointments. More

The most satisfying, and quickest car shopping ever! As a female consumer, I always felt like I am in a weaker position when I shop car because I do not have much knowledge about cars in general. There is usually a male dealer helping me throwing many fancy 'car words' that I do not understand, showing me fancy features that I do not care about, and tells me it is a good car for me. At the end, I feel like I was convinced to buy one. However, this time was different. Louise, the auto sales women that I met at Tony Nissan two days ago, who gave me the best car buying experience possible, changed my whole impression about car dealers. She was very nice, friendly, and understood what I want in my car shopping. She worked so hard for me to get the price I wanted to spend. I was able to get my dream car in 2 days after I even thought about it!! No extra sales talk, No manager coming out to negotiating the price that I do not want to spend. It was such a smooth car shopping that I felt nothing but good after she earned my business. I highly recommend all the young female car shoppers who feel intimidated, scared, do not know who to trust at car dealers, to go to Tony Nissan in Waipio and ask for Louis! She will be there for you. I would differently go back to her next time when I'm in the market for a new car. More
