Excellence in service This was an auto purchase in quite a few years and Casey took the time to answer any questions and showed us the areas of interest (under the hood... This was an auto purchase in quite a few years and Casey took the time to answer any questions and showed us the areas of interest (under the hood... especially where all the important items were, the trunk and inside the vehicle. Also tried another vehicle but it wasn't as good a fit.. And he was there at the appointed hour for pickup. Angela took the time to explain the different plans and was very knowledgeable in her area. Darn Miller was patient and took us through all the related documents and gave us copies. It was a very peasant experience and if we had to do it again...great! More

Very helpful and friendly customer service! I had a car accident in the beginning of October, the other car who struck with my car was DUI driver.. my car was ended up total loss... I was thinking and suffering where I should get next one... I was researching a new car on website and ended up to go Tony Nissan website. I found a pretty reasonable price car, it is automatic car... I called Tony Nissan, sales person, Kyle was asking me what kind of car I like, he told me not to worry... He was very helpful. I decided to go there the next day. I was very happy that I went there because I got a right car at Tony Nissan! Thank you!! More

The car is junk I purchased a vehicle from TN in June 2017. The day after my purchased, I requested to bring the car in for repairs because it was shaking violently. I purchased a vehicle from TN in June 2017. The day after my purchased, I requested to bring the car in for repairs because it was shaking violently. The dealership offered a one time repair. One week later the car was shaking again. Since my purchase in June, I've had to pay $900 in repairs. I received a letter from TN stating they were looking for my make and model. If I returned the car in 30 days, I could get the Kelley Blue Book value. I jumped at this opportunity but was denied. The dealership took a few pictures of my car (no visible concerns) and noted the mileage. I AM STUCK WITH THIS CAR. I decided to write this review today and I walked back to work from another repair shop. The car was shutting off again. More
