Customer Service beyond my imagination. First and foremost, I generally do not take the time out to write a review of any businesses; however, in this case I absolutely needed to. I began First and foremost, I generally do not take the time out to write a review of any businesses; however, in this case I absolutely needed to. I began this process by visiting this dealership multiple times. I thought that the employees would get tired of me asking questions about the TITAN, the warranty, the lift kit option, and other features that the truck had. But the truth is that Casey, Mike, and Louise never turned me away. They truly work as a team and legitimately seemed to care about me as a potential customer. Boy was I in for a great surprise. Today the 22 DEC 2017, I took delivery of my 2017 TITAN. The entire car buying process was phenomenal. Although Casey is on vacation, Louise helped me initially then one of her appointments came in, so Mike stepped in. This dedication to her customer's time impressed me. I was simply a walk in and hadn't made an appointment. So Mike takes over and begins to answer every question my wife and I had. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the TITAN he was knowledgeable about Nissan in general. When I say, Mike goes above and beyond I mean it. When he says "I will do this or that for you" he doesn't walk to do those things...he is constantly running to ensure he doesn't waste your time. (i.e. Whats that...your thirsty...boom 2 bottle waters magically appear. Every time Mike hands something to you he does so with extreme politeness.) I thought this level of customer service did not exist in todays world. This is the old school service with a smile that my dad and his dad spoke about. So my wife and I then ask to speak with the general manager (i can't remember her name) but it turns out that she exudes the same level of professionalism and dedication to customer service as her team. WOW. Even with Angela in Accessories...yes its add ons to the purchase I was making; however, the items were presented in an organized fashion without over-bearing pressure. AMAZING...we will be back after the holidays to purchase 3 or 4 of the accessories. I know this review is lengthy--but my family and I are simply taken back by how we were treated. We were treated as human beings first...which then allowed us "WANT" to purchase from Tony Nissan. I will say that if more companies had the level of professionalism and just downright courtesy like these 3 employees-Casey, Mike, and Louise-had, they would succeed in developing life-long relationship/customers willing to freely recommend their services--just as I am doing now.
