I have tried twice to engage a salesperson here on the Big Island with no luck. This is the second time I found a vehicle on Tony Hyundai's website, the previous time I wasn't quick enough and the car wa Big Island with no luck. He responded immediately to every question I had and was great to work with. The transaction went smoothly including shipping my new vehicle to the Bid Island. I can't say enough about their customer service. Including supervisors reaching out to make sure my needs were being met. Mahalo to a great team! More

Great sales reps, but detailing did not install my roof crossbars, just left them in a box in the trunk and left the key lock box in the back seat too (had to return that later). I believe that establishing trust and showing empathy with your customers is so vital - including being a good listener and effective communicator. Believe me, I know...I've been a Customer Srv. rep for about 14 years now and can identify emotional intelligence when I see it. So much mahalo for all you do. Also, I'm so grateful and happy with my new car and the low payments too. (It took years to get my credit rating up, but it sure paid off well here at Hyundai.) Also a shout out to Isaiah who initially took care of my car for service and helped assure me that the new car color I chose was a good decision - also he took the time to drive it over to the Sales Dept. so I could easily unload my stuff into my new car. He's such an excellent Service tech, and you're lucky to have him. So again, and with much respect and gratitude please keep up the stellar service! 5 stars isn't enough...I'd give you all 10 or more, if I could. More
