I went through the Costco Auto Program and was immediately contacted by Henry Murillo, who quickly assisted me in setting up an appointment (very efficient). On the day of my appointment, I was helped by Aaron Demello who was very friendly and very helpful. He explained the features of two cars and took me on two test drives. His advice and knowledge of both cars helped me to narrow my choices and eventually select a car within an hour. We worked on some paperwork and Aaron tried his best to expedite the process. Next, I was helped by Jack Wolfanger who took care of warranties and other add-ons to the car. Surprisingly, he was honest about not purchasing unnecessary warranties and was very genuine. Overall, the entire car-buying experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend Tony Hyundai to my friends and family. More

this was my first time purchasing a car at a "dealership". asking around, and hearing horror stories readied me for a very taxing experience. Sally Onoue was very gracious, courteous and pleasant upon my arrival. when she recommended Henry to me, i felt very grateful that she chose him by explaining he would take very good care of me. with her warm smile, it comforted immediately. in dealing with Henry, i was very nervous and anxious at first. i think he picked up on that, and immediately made me feel at ease by talking to me as if we knew each other forever by making funny remarks and quick quips that made me laugh. i was totally grateful he did that. in my opinion, that was the turning point of the entire appointment. he made me feel like a friend...not just another customer whom he could make a quick buck off of. picking up on my inexperience with cars, he even went so far as to call my insurance company for me, getting my policy amended, and even having them fax over the insurance card so i would be able to drive the car home. i believe he went over and beyond the call of duty to help me get that squared away. he also sat in the car with me and hooked up my phone via bluetooth, showing me how to operate the system. he also went over the car alarm remote, and showing/explaining to me about the spare tire/air kit in the trunk. my opinion of a sales consultant has been totally revamped thanks to my experience with Henry. he's set the bar very high, and for me, it validates that i made the best decision possible by choosing to purchase a car from Tony Hyundai. i cant thank Sally enough for introducing me to Henry! 6 months ago we came in looking for a car. We meet with Aaron and he stuck with us, Every time we came in to take care of something in our Tib he came and talked to us. We looked at cars with him etc. Because of how Amazing he was the first time when we came into the dealership we knew we would be in good hands once we decided on what we wanted to get. I had certain features i wanted in my car and an idea of how much we wanted to spend and thought maybe i would have to give up on some things. However Aaron worked hard to get us our Sonata for an amazing price monthly and over all with a very good rate. I will be praising not only him but this Hyundai dealership. Every time we come in it we've felt like we where not getting robed, which for us being military was hard to find. Your overall customer service is AMAZING and it shows in sales people like Aaron, who went beyond what he needed to do to make a sale, he actually cared. Aaron ( if he reads this) we can't thank you enough for caring so much for our family needs. If i can say anything about your character when selling a car is that you look past all the dollar signs and see the people that will be driving this car. Kudos to Ashley! I've visited Tony Hyundai dealership before during this year and she was the only one who noticed my safety sticker expired in NOV. of 2012! I appreciated her alertness and tactfulness in notifying me of this deficiency which was immediately taken care of along with my car's other service needs. Of course, Keoni always gives personal attention in a sincere manner, answering my questions satisfactorily and remembering how to pronounce my last name correctly. Those little things make a difference! I'll return to this dealership when I need to purchase a new car and will choose a Tucson, which has met my needs! More

Can't express how happy we were with our first experience at a Hyundai dealership. Aaron was friendly and professional and basically let us drive the experience. I grew up with master mechanics, backyard mechanics, wanna be mechanics, so I know cars if I don't I have those I TRUST to refer too if I feel I'm being lied, taken advantage, or for ride and not even in a car. With Keoni first experience, that edge I was feeling dissipated. He was straight to the point, no gimmicks, any feeling of intimidation or baby talk (men thinking women don't know cars). He treated me with respect, which may I add is not so common. Keoni made me feel at ease to know my car was in good hands. He kept me updated with simple explanations and honest answers. And when he had a day off he even let me know that, and who would help me when he was away. Gavin helped me when Keoni was off. Another honest, respectful, sincere and considerate person. Gavin worked out something with his manager that allowed me to pay for my bills, my sons medications and the bill for my vehicle. Keoni as well worked his magic in helping me on top of what Gavin did. Their knowledge, respectfulness, kind demeanor, sincere honesty is what made my blood pressure perfect. It's nice to know on my TRUST list I can add two more. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my family and I .
