Given it was my first time there, I didn't know where it exactly was located and the employees in charge of guiding customers were less than friendly. A worker even sighed in exasperation at me, after instructing me to leave my car and wait on the sidewalk, and he wanted me to move the car forward. After being shuttled home, I did some errands until it was time to pick up my vehicle. Judi was my shuttle driver on the way home, she was extremely friendly and informative. We ran into some traffic on the freeway due to an accident and she was apologetic and informative. As a recent Hawaii resident from California she was able to relate to me about a plethora of things. As a worker in the hospitality industry, I know how stressful it can be to drive someone else. Overall my experience at Tony Honda was great due to Judi and her amazing customer service. More
