Ivan made it so easy and convenient to purchase a vehicle. I went on-line, filled out a form and indicated my interest in a 2010 Honda Fit. Within about an hour, I received an e-mail from Tony Honda asking me specific questions regarding model I wanted, color, etc. I called and he told me he had the model I was looking for. I told him what I was willing to pay for the vehicle, and we agreed over the phone to the price. When I arrived, the paperwork was exactly what we had agreed to over the phone...no "bait and switch" like I had experienced at other local Honda dealers. He was honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the 2010 Honda Fit. He showed me all of the features, again not like at the other dealerships where I knew more about the car than they did. Ivan called within a few days to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, which I really appreciated. When I went back to pick up my license plates, the service guy put them on at no charge, and Ivan gave me a card for a free car wash. Even just walking in the door of the dealership felt more pleasant than at the other local dealerships. I was greeted with a smile and someone immediately asked me if I needed help. I wasn't left wandering around. These are the things that set Tony Honda apart from the other local Honda dealerships. I would most DEFINITELY refer all of my friends to them and would return in the future to purchase another vehicle. Overall, probably one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. We walked into the dealership, really, simply to look. I said he would be fine and he inquired which vehicle we were interested in. Long story short, we wanted to see the Honda CR-V, so he showed us the different models, took us for test drives, provided information on the vehicle, as well as pricing, and the whole time he was very pleasant and accommodating. One of my concerns was the trade-in of our old vehicle, and he helped us with that also. As I mentioned, we were only intending to look around that day, but Tim was very accommodating. Yes, it took a number of hours for the transaction to be completed (we left there early evening), but I honestly had a very good car-buying experience with Tim Noland. He has called to check on us to see how we are doing with the vehicle, and that is much appreciated. So, all in all, I would recommend Tony Honda and Tim Noland to others! Mahalo! More
