We walked into the dealership, really, simply to look. It was early afternoon, and Tim greeted us and asked if we were looking to speak with a specific sales representative, or if he could be of any help It was early afternoon, and Tim greeted us and asked if we were looking to speak with a specific sales representative, or if he could be of any help to us. I said he would be fine and he inquired which vehicle we were interested in. Long story short, we wanted to see the Honda CR-V, so he showed us the different models, took us for test drives, provided information on the vehicle, as well as pricing, and the whole time he was very pleasant and accommodating. One of my concerns was the trade-in of our old vehicle, and he helped us with that also. As I mentioned, we were only intending to look around that day, but Tim was very accommodating. Yes, it took a number of hours for the transaction to be completed (we left there early evening), but I honestly had a very good car-buying experience with Tim Noland. He has called to check on us to see how we are doing with the vehicle, and that is much appreciated. So, all in all, I would recommend Tony Honda and Tim Noland to others! Mahalo! More
