Went to Tony Honda to do my periodic oil/filter change and do the coolant system flush. This appointment was made through my awesome Service Advisor, Sean Kikuchi. Sean is always very efficient and cour and do the coolant system flush. This appointment was made through my awesome Service Advisor, Sean Kikuchi. Sean is always very efficient and courteous, like he was again this time. He's proactive and always checks on my car maintenance history to see what was done at the last check and what is due for a check/change. I'm very grateful that I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust will look out for my best interest. With a family member who borrows my car now and then, it's reassuring to know that she'll be driving in a car that's in good, stable condition. Sean has been my Advisor for a long time, is very knowledgeable, has a great reputation and is also very friendly. I'll never change Advisors and hope he retires there. He's my guy. Thanks Sean!
