My latest experience at Tony Honda was excellent. While my regular servicing was without challenges, my touchscreen was not working. I missed his his first call once the part was received and he made sure to re-call so I would have my camera available. I always recommend Tony Honda because of their service and having worked with Wade for over 15 years is a testament to the service department. More

Don't purchase a used car (jeep) from The Tony group. I've been sent all over the place since buying it on December 31, 2020. Tony Honda says VW will service, I went there they said "we don't service jee I've been sent all over the place since buying it on December 31, 2020. Tony Honda says VW will service, I went there they said "we don't service jeeps, you have to go to jeep." So I went to jeep until a warranty issue came up and they told me I have to go to the dealer. Called Moi Mabalot and Steven Alaimo and they helped get me on the right track telling VW if they can't fix it, they send it to jeep. The jeep came with a soft screeching noise that was noticeable 2 weeks after I purchased it. I got the run around for the last three and a half years. Lou Palakiko (VW management sent me to him at Jeep). He said the sound is normal wear and tear. Later, noise got louder and that Palakiko guy was no longer working there. I went to VW and they said "yes it's normal." I go to a party and hear someone saying "you need to fix your brakes." They said that's the screeching sound. Then on a rainy day, Steven Alaimo said to bring in, it wasn't making the sound probably cause of the rain he said. He said to bring in and here I am waiting deciding if I'm going to leave because there is a $518.32 diagnosis fee. Then they brought the fee down to under $300. Just to look at it. I try not to go to my brother in laws's SS Auto shop because if anything else is under warranty it may screw me up. But this is ridiculous because Tony Homda sold me the screeching noise. More

I hate driving and I’m not very good about remembering to service my vehicle so it’s nice when I do bring my car in, I get excellent treatment without anyone trying to sell me something I don’t need.
